Admin Solutions was founded by Summer Porter, a certified bookkeeper with more than 27 years of finance experience. Her career began at her Uncle’s accounting firm when she was 16.
We support small and medium-sized businesses with organized records, careful account review, and clear financial reports. Our work covers job costs, loans, multiple entities, and payments moving between systems. We follow up on questions and coordinate with your accountant to keep the books moving forward.

Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. Admin Solutions provides remote bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and shared business records.
Can you help if my books are behind?
Yes. Cleanup and catch-up work can be scoped separately from ongoing monthly bookkeeping.
What does bookkeeping cost?
Pricing depends on your transaction volume, number of accounts, current records, and reporting needs. We define the scope before quoting the work.
Are bill payment and accounts payable included?
These services are discussed and scoped separately. Your agreement will make clear what’s included in monthly bookkeeping.
Do you prepare income tax returns?
Tax return preparation is available through our trusted accountant partners. We also work closely with your existing accountant to provide accurate, organized records and support a smooth tax filing process.
